What we collect
Account details, order history, and support correspondence. Analytics events are collected in aggregate to understand how the catalog is used. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service that sets no cookies and does not collect personal data, to measure aggregate site traffic.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, through measures such as page views, clicks and general usage patterns. Clarity records these sessions with all text and form input masked, so anything you type is never captured or transmitted to us. Clarity sets first-party cookies on our site. Loading Clarity also allows Microsoft to set cookies on its own domains, including an identifier Microsoft can use to recognise a browser across different websites. Microsoft's privacy statement explains how they handle this data.
How it is used
To process orders, provide support, improve the catalog experience, and send marketing. We do not sell your order history, payment details or account information. Information about visits to our site is shared with a marketing partner, as described under Marketing partner below.
Marketing partner
We work with a marketing partner that uses a service called SmartPixl on our site. When you view a page, SmartPixl receives the address of that page, the page that sent you here, and the technical details your browser sends with any web request, such as your IP address and browser type. SmartPixl and its data partners may match this with contact details they already hold, such as a name, postal address or email address, so that we can send you marketing from TSTD Labs. SmartPixl does not run on our checkout, order confirmation, account, cart-restore or unsubscribe pages, and it never receives your orders, payment details, or anything you type into our forms.
