Shipping policy
Where we ship, how long orders take to leave, and what each shipping option costs.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only: the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and US territories. We do not ship internationally, and we do not currently ship to military addresses (APO, FPO, or DPO). If your address is outside the areas we serve you will not be able to complete checkout.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed on a weekend or a holiday begins processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit time and comes before it.
Shipping options and cost
Three flat-rate options are offered at checkout: 2-Day Shipping at $15.00, 5-Day Shipping at $12.00, and 7-Day Shipping at $8.00. These are flat rates set by us, not live carrier quotes, and the day count is an estimate of transit time that begins when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Carriers do not guarantee these windows and weather, holidays, and carrier delays can extend them. Discount codes apply to product prices only and never reduce the shipping charge.
Tracking
A tracking number is issued when your order is dispatched and sent to the email address on the order. If your order has been dispatched and you have not received tracking, contact support with your order number and we will send it to you.
Packaging
Orders ship in temperature-conscious packaging appropriate to the product format, with the research-use notice included. Outer packaging is plain and does not identify the contents.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as it is given to us. Please check it on the confirmation step before paying, because we cannot redirect a package once it has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
